Refund policy

We have a no-return/exchange policy unless your item arrives broken/damaged or you receive the incorrect item. To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must provide proof that the item(s) you received meet these requirements: 

Broken/Damaged

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage to the item(s)
  • A photo of the packaging (including any damage to the box or mailer)
  • Your order number and full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof that the damage occurred before use (items showing signs of wear are not eligible)
  • Must submit return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Item Received

  • A photo of the item you received
  • A photo of the packing slip or order label
  •  Your order number and full name
  • A description of what you were supposed to receive
  • Must submit return/exchange within 7 days of delivery

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, due to hygiene regulations, all earring purchases are final sale and not eligible for return, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
